Hi, I’m Rob David M.Ost, and I own Highlight Osteopaths right here in Barry!

My mission is to walk alongside you and help you find a way through your pain, so you can return to the activities and people that matter most.

For more than 10 years, I have supported hundreds of individuals in Barry and the surrounding areas with a wide range of musculoskeletal problems. By combining hands-on osteopathic care with practical advice and tailored rehabilitation, I aim to help you understand your pain, regain confidence in your body, and move towards lasting improvement.

Fantastic results!
